When I first wanted to put my house on the market, I got a number of agencies round and I felt that Scott was the most reasonable in terms of pricing the house based on actual sales of nearby homes, not wishful inflated prices. We needed to sell our home in order to buy the next property, but Scott has helped us to secure our dream onwards home despite having multiple other buyers interested. He then worked tirelessly to ensure the whole chain was up to date and navigated some tricky situations with fallen through sales quite remarkably.
