Recommended for Windows, but DO NOT use them for Siding!!

I had all of my windows replaced and I do not have any complaints with that group. But after the job was completed they sent out a "Quality Control" person who seemed like they are only there to get you to buy something else. So we decided to replace our siding which included new gutters, soffit and facia. The entire experience was very stressful as I had to be out there pointing out what was wrong with the work they have done for that day. It has been a little over a year and I am seeing the poor work that has been done and thinking about the amount of money I paid you would expect something better. For example I had to had them come back out after installation to replace dented siding, the metal work is poor as the corners are not precise which leave sharp edges, the caulking around all of the windows are already separating, the ends of some of the siding pieces are frayed, and a piece was cut short so you can see the joint. I called them to come out to fix a vent cap that keeps falling down and to fix that shortened piece of siding and they are scheduling out nearly 3 months. I asked the operator to have the installation office call me because I had them scheduled to come out this month but something got lost in the communication so when I called them back they told me I have to wait until the end of Dec. before they can come out. I am still waiting for that phone call!!
