Fantastic Customer Service
I have been a DASH subscriber now for a few years. The product and flavours are great. Unfortunately, a recent delivery issue ( the issue and damage of the product lays firmly with the courier ), I had had no cause to contact DASH, as the service has always been very good, prompt, on time and the delivery has always been good ! On this occasion, having flagged the delivery issue ( and damage issue to the product ) with the DASH Customer Service Team, they very quickly ackowledged the issue, provided me with replacement goods and apologised profusely - when this was not their fault ! Excellent customer care all round. Thank you DASH !
