Excellent Customer Service
I recently bought a car from a dealer thru CarFinance247 but the car seems to be problematic. Although it is still an ongoing issue, Coreen, Diana, Karen and Lindsey are all helpful and reassuring. Now the car I bought on 26/6/25 had a gearbox fault on 30/6/25 and now the dealer arranged to have it sorted in probably a week or so.. The car is not with me but ofcourse I will end up paying it already come August. However as this might be a case of rejection if problem isn't fixed, they assured me that any payment I have done will be refunded. I am praying that the problem gets resolve soon! I will update as soon as I can ⭐️ 7/7 Update - Finally after giving first opportunity for the dealer to fix car issue, they told me we will need to start unwinding. The car has since been in their nominated garage since 2/7 and I am now officially rejecting this car. All Oodle staff are very professional and helpful. Car is no longer in my possession. Under the dealer's instruction, I cancelled road tax, insurance etc 8/7 Update: Still in contact with Oodle, I have no words to say with how supportive and understanding they are all! There are lots of names I would like to commend and praise here! I am now waiting for my car transaction to be voided/unwind.
