The cleaners moved the bed to clean the window and broke the bed frame. The person I emailed said they had video evidence that the bed was never moved, but I witnessed the cleaners pull the bed across the room twice before putting it back. Secondly, the cleaners who came expected an empty house even though I booked a deep clean for an occupied house. I had to call the company to speak with the cleaners so that the service could continue. Thirdly the company rang me the day before the appointment to rearrange the cleaning to that day, but failed to arrive and rang me later to say they were coming on the original day. The cleaners were an hour late on the originally booked day. Never going to use this company again, the company known as Airtasker is more trustworthy. After receiving a reply from the company, I can confirm that their version of events is untrue and you should not use this service unless you video record the entire clean for proof of damages. Waste of money.
