Ordered mixer and whacker on 07/04 for hire 3/05. Didn’t arrive. Managed to source a whacker and mixer myself at cost. 6/05 I get a text from Brandon Tool Hire saying they will deliver it tomorrow. Thankfully B.T.H answer their phones as managed to tell them not to waste their time. they were very confused as to why HSS allow you to book for a Saturday, when they don’t deliver on a Saturday. As review below, currently on hold for an hour, as HSS have decided to try and keep £135 of deposit/damage waiver. Onto Barclaycard and the Ombudsman. Shambles of a company.
