Horrible refund policy
Horrible refund policy! Couldn’t get a full refund of my money for a flight that was accidentally purchased. Their refund policy is ridiculous will only give you a full refund if you have an actual reason to give for a refund which I do my plans for this trip have changed and I had to cancel the flight. Really upset with this company, never gonna purchase a one way ticket from them again.
