Excellent Letting Agent
I am a professional landlord of over thirty 30years and have dealt with Peter Knobbs at Charters Fareham ( formally Purelet ) on many occasions over the years. I can say without doubt he is probably the best letting agent I known in that time. His overall experience and wealth of knowledge of the letting market is first class. Moreover, nothing is to much trouble for him and he will always go the extra mile. I recently sold my property in Fareham with a tenant in situ and it was a smooth process but most of that was down to Peters pro active approach and knowledge averting any problems before they arose. I cannot rate him highly enough and anyone thinking of letting in the Fareham area would not go far wrong by contacting Charters.
