Just…painful and inefficient no solution
Just…. AWFUL!!!!! 3 days to get some news We get an RMA nr They pick up the gooda on May 27th and !!!! 1 month after pickup July!!!! : no refund, no news after 10 emails!!!!!!!!!!! I used to order a lot from them, it’s enough I even had to contact THEIR shipping company! If you don’t need to send back goods ok I order for my customers: will never do it again And today : still no refund (more than 309 eur!!!!!!!!) no news
