Absolutely terrible customer service
Initially everything was fine with my order good communication been despacthed etc. There was problems with hermes delivering my top through no fault of mysterykits but when it has come to trying to sort this issue out contact has been terrible i have been waiting 6 days for a reply to my emails as no contact number and have recieved 2 emails to review but no to help my problem. Safe to say very disappointing service when i placed my order over a month ago.
