Good customer care
Delivery was unusual with one item of two being delivered as planned. Being heavy, I didn’t realise it was two deliveries so when concerned I emailed and received a prompt and helpful explanation. 2nd delivery arrived as scheduled. Very good customer care. Acrow props are just the job.
