So much happier now!
Had a lovely confirmation email straight after the order telling me it would be here at the beginning of the week (ordered dog and cat food so my animals could try it to transition.) I'm still waiting for it 😮💨 just hoping it's the Xmas panic working on the delay. Had a great email back and have the issue solved. Very happy with the response and looking forward to the monsters trying their food!!
