Utterly Disappointing and Costly Experience with Express Estate Agency We recently purchased a property through Express Estate, and the experience has been nothing short of a disaster. The customer service is appalling; communication ceased immediately after the purchase was completed. Emails, including those directed to "Beth Ramsden," went unanswered. The condition of the property upon completion was significantly below the advertised standard and what could reasonably be expected. We even granted the seller an extra day for cleaning, yet the property was still far from acceptable. This discrepancy has resulted in a £5,000 financial loss for us. We attempted to resolve this by emailing but received no response whatsoever. We have now been forced to pursue legal action. We feel compelled to share our deeply negative experience to warn others. Avoid Express Estate Agency if you value professional service and a smooth property transaction. This has been a profoundly disappointing and costly ordeal.
