Father's Day gift never made it
I ordered a Drone for my dad for father's day. Got the order in plenty early on the Tuesday before so it would arrive in time. Evri tracking advises they weren't given the parcel until the Friday before. Its now Wednesday and the item still hasn't arrived. Customer support has only now sent a new item after contacting them twice- unsure why a high ticket item like a Drone was sent via someone like Evri in the first instance. Hopefully my father actually receives his gift now - all in all this has been a pretty frustrating and embarressing experience.
