3/17/25 update- I would love to give an update that to this date,I STILL HAVE NO REFUND NOR ANY FURTHER RESPONSES FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Edited 3/4: The auto response from The Pillow home is the same as every negative review on this website. Contacting them with the email address they provide is pointless as I have an email thread with them, where they haven’t responded to me in weeks! And the last response from them was asking me to confirm my shipping address for an item that had been returned to them in January, even though my shipping address was correct, and it I had confirmed it in 4 other emails between December and January with the shipping company & the fake customer service email address. I have simply asked for my money back since my item was never delivered to me - it shouldn’t be stolen from me! ORDERED IN DECEMBER 2024 - SHIPPING COMPANY PIGGYSHIP NEVER DELIVERED, TRACKING INFORMATION SENT ORDER BACK TO VENDOR, PIGGYSHIP CONFIRMED IT WAS DELIVERED BACK TO THE VENDOR AS WELL. COMPANY WILL NOT ISSUE REFUND OR RESPOND TO EMAILS - LAST EMAIL FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS 2/11/25 AGAIN ASKING ME THE SAME QUESTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN ASKED SINCE DECEMBER. I EMAIL DAILY WITH ZERO RESPONSE AND ZERO REFUND. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. ALSO ALL OF MY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE CONSTANTLY DELETED!!!
