I’ve ordered quite a few things from Smallwood homes starting back in 2015. Love their products and quality, however this past time I received 4 damaged items and now I can say their customer service is 5/5 as well. All items were able to be displayed in my home with little to no damage showing and they still made it right on their end. Can’t say enough good things about how easy it was to report the damage as well!
