Customer service not responsive and not following
Basically, you recognize the level of service of an insurance company only when something happens and you just expect to have a responsive customer service team for the follow-up of your claim. First of all, it is very hard to reach them and you need to attempt multiple times (the call drop with no answer after some times). I tried the callback option but as expected, this is the least efficient way to reach them (of course they didn't call back). Honestly, I made a mistake because they were cheaper but better to stay away and avoid unnecessary headaches, taking into consideration that there is not much difference between the different actors in the market
