Horrible Business Practices.
I went with Newswire for a press release and the experience has been horrible from beginning to end. Our publication was rejected for "not being suitable for publication" so we cleaned it up and removed all the elements that went against their very strict guidelines, and it still got rejected. I reached out for multiple days calling, emailing, and contacting support via website to get a refund, and finally someone got back to me. HOWEVER, they said that they are unable to issue a refund. This makes zero sense to me as I paid for a service, they did not publish it, and now refuse to give me my money back. I expressed my situation and how ridiculous it is to not offer a refund, but they are double downing that no refund will be offered cause someone took 3 minutes to review my 300 word publication. Extremely shady business practice and I would never recommend anyone use this service. Potentially a scam.
