Flo Mattress Review – Disappointing Experience with Delivery I placed an order on the Flo Mattress website on January 29th, 2025, expecting timely delivery. However, even after 12 days, my order was not delivered. I called their customer support multiple times, and each time I was assured that the order would be delivered soon. Despite their promises, the product never arrived, and I had no choice but to cancel the order in frustration. This experience has been extremely disappointing. Lack of communication, false assurances, and poor logistics made the entire process frustrating. I was looking forward to trying their product, but their failure to deliver and honor commitments has left a negative impression. If you are considering ordering from Flo Mattress, I would recommend double-checking their delivery timelines and customer service responsiveness before making a purchase. For refund they are saying it will take 7 days..not sure if I will even get a refund for the money
