disgusting and useless
Yet again urang just after money. We have been informed that all residents from Isobel House in Sunbury have been told to pay around £5000 reserve fund (this year), on top of service charge for repair to the roof. They have NOT given the dates as to when the works will comence, I have asked them for the date that the works will take place but they are ingnoring my emails and do not pick up the phone when I ring and do not reply to voice mails. I do not think it is a big ask to have the dates of work they say they are going to do especially when they are wanting us to pay a very high amount. Also the block is a complete mess, no cleaner or care taker, smoke detectors just hanging in the corridor.. Here's my reply...Hi David, We are unable to commence with the works until the funds are held on account. The aim is that this may be able to happen in the summer this year. Kind regards
