Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Paid $99 and I was totally unable to set an appointment or communicate with Form. Then I all of a sudden was able to set up appointments only to have them both cancelled on me days before they were to happen. I have tried to reach out in all ways only to get no response. I feel like they have taken my money and provided absolutely nothing in return.
