True caring customer service
I came with several issues SEVERAL ! Right down to articulating my frame of mind & problem. Everyone was so kind & patient with me. One person who spent much of her time with me was Daya Vahanen who even helped me with using email. Yep, 70 & hadn’t ever used an iPhone. She patiently walked me through this ( several tries) She spent weeks with me collecting info.& assuring me I was no bother. (I felt so broken & ashamed) I didn’t want to deal with anyone else. She assured me I’d be passed to an equally kind & respectful lady Sierra Stewart & she didn’t lie. My case is not settled yet, however I know I’m more than a # & someone has my back. Sierra & Levi Eidelman have kept me informed, so much so that I’m able to focus on other life issues. I truly feel cared for, just like my imaginary family, lol. Seriously, I would/will recommend you whenever I hear someone needs help. My vocabulary is limited and I don’t know how to express how grateful I am. Thank you much! I hope this reaches higher up and your staff is recognized. PS- my case started in late February. I believe I couldn’t get the right date in this report. I mentioned I don’t know how to use the phone properly. This is my second attempt to reach you. This layout does look different than my first attempt. I’ve never wanted to thank someone so much I hope I’ve done this right. Thank you.
