Appalling, confused organisation and communication
The people I deal with online from Origin recently are really nice and try their best to help. But Origin's whole comms/plan/most things system is appalling designed. I'd say it's confusing, but that's not true. It's itself thoroughly confused, with one hand not having a clue what the other is doing. Although, in the process it seems the strategy is deliberately confusing customers. I'm actually tired of sorting out what are essentially their own problems. I don't get paid by them. Maybe I should. Oh for clear, sensible communication and organisation from corporations like this, but I guess that wouldn't suit their micro-managing their bottom lines constantly. Oh for some real regulation, but that wouldn't suit the "freedom" of the "market" I guess (always illusory but any actual limited freedom were sacrificed long ago to managerialism anyway).
