Great Experience
I received my order and the bottom corner it was broken. I happen to send them an email with photos and within 24 hours they had notified me they are sending a replacement frame with the photo I ordered. I honestly didn’t expect a whole new frame with the photo but it made my experience 10000x better. Made me happy knowing that I was able to have a nicely fixed frame with a photo although they are replaceable photos. This is not the first time I bought from them, i absolutely love their products and will always buy from here. Great quality and great frames they look so cute in my house!
