Tjmaxx scammed me and gave me an empty black box for $80 instead of the ring I purchased

I purchased a ring from tjmaxx.com and I only received an empty black box. I contacted customer service and they didn't do anything about it. I am out $86 and I want to warn others about purchasing jewelry or other expensive items from tjmaxx. I believe whoever worked at the packaging for the online store stole the ring.
