Where do I start
Where do I start. This is specific to the Zoomo in Philadelphia on Cherry Street. I should have known better when they charged me a month of pro subscription without any extra batteries available, knowing that was the primary perk I wanted to take advantage of with the pro plan. Do not fall for the insurance scam either it seems legit on paper, you rent the bike and get insurance if anything happens to it the bike has a tracker and serial number and the insurance covers the cost of the bike. It’s BS though for one thing if their bike is stolen expect 0 assistance from their 1 office location only open Mon-Sat. If they do find it their not calling you either instead what happens is you will work directly with the police to file a DC number…that’s it. You then take it into the shop, once their open, pay $250 and they give you a different bike. Then they tell you their is only a 2 bike policy meaning this is only the case twice before they cut ties with you for “losing” too many bikes even if they find them. God forbid someone steals your bike without harming the lock because your insurance insures the LOCK not the bike. If the lock is not damaged tough break you owe for the bike. The full amount too. Which would have been the bed of my complaint and I wouldn’t have called them crooks until this next part. So once both bikes were stolen I was told someone from their team would call to setup a payment plan for the 3k I owe for the bike. Instead of doing that a week later I got a call from my mother. She said they first chard her card $250, then 550$, then 865$, then 1,034$ all on one Friday. I try to call them, the Philadelphia office has no phone number btw which is really helpful when they only have one office location. Not only did they not pick up calls but they still charge my moms card every month for $250 despite me emailing and calling requesting they call me so I can give them the proper payment information and setup a plan. Either way they won’t refund her and won’t answer me so here we are.
