Terrible Customer Service
I ordered a futon cover, based on measurements indicated on the DCG order website. I received a cover that measured much smaller. In order to get a refund on the item, DCG Stores now wants me to pay for the outgoing (free) shipping, return shipping, and restocking fees for a mistake that they made. They misrepresented the size of the item on their order page or sent the wrong item. This is not my fault, but theirs. I have sent over 15 emails with images showing the discrepancy over the past 6 months trying to resolve this situation. They no longer respond to phone calls, emails, or registered letters. The customer should not have to pay for a mistake that the seller made.
