Staff well informed about product
Staff well informed about product. Very helpful when asked to explain things. Delivery speedy but unable to track delivery which would have been helpful when item purchased was expensive machine. I had difficulty paying through SagePay. I had to phone Williams to check payment had been processed. And confirm only one payment had indeed gone through as I had to make several attempts ( nothing to do with my credit cards!)
