Avoid This Company at All Costs I strongly advise against using this company. They've been holding onto my money for over a year and still refuse to return it. We moved into a building they supplied in June 2024 but chose not to sign a contract with them due to their high rates. Without any warning, they disconnected our service and forced us onto a prepayment meter. We had to pay over £1,500 just to get the electricity back on, and I'm still owed £660. Despite multiple complaints, they've ignored every attempt to resolve the issue. As I write this, I've been on hold for over 40 minutes trying to speak to someone—again.
