Dodgy Crabtree Property Management

Crabtree Property Management claims on behalf of Norwood Wharf Kingsbridge. The property manager and his line manager are unsupportive together with the director of Norwood Wharf Kingsbridge. Phillip Hudson has authorised large amounts of service charges for Crabtree Management to claim from leaseholders on anticipated figures and not exact amounts, this is very concerning. The current climate with high electricity charges are understandable, but what is very concerning, are the large amounts of money claimed prior to the pandemic and Russian Ukrainian conflict for works to be carried out such as painting, carpet replacement which have not been completed in terms of the lease till date even though all monies were taken prior to these 2 world catastrophes. The director, informed that the intercoms will be replaced by video intercoms, but actually lied and replaced it with a cheaper version. He together with the property manager are compulsive liars. Crabtree Property Management is expensive, makes high claims for service charges, office rent etc. and are not using the money for the site as it should be. Over the years, I have seen them change property managers repeatedly, make high financial demands, fail to complete work on site, choose the cheapest products on the market and do not meet time targets to complete work that has been paid for by the leaseholders. The Crabtree Property Management team do not even visit the site on a regular basis and do fire risk assessments. They are a dodgy and rip off company. They need to be fully investigated and all accounts in relation to variable service charges, all accounts and receipts. I have had a negative experience with this company for many years. They need to be closed down.
