Radiator fell down. Not part of the job to put it back up.
Had the policy with all the trimming. Bed room radiator fell down and the attachment pipes leading the radiator was damaged and it's leaking water. they said they will come in isolate the radiator but they would not put the radiator to back on the wall because that's not part of the job. My annual cover was 230 something pounds with 90 pound call out charge. Call the local plumber, £110 all done. Been with them for a year unfortunately had to cancel the second year as I was only a couple of days into the renewed contract. This is this was landlord cover. Maybe 24/17 home rescue has a special way of levitating the radiators rather than putting it back on the wall... guess ill never know, because the second option was that they will fix the radiator but wont put it back on the wall... as in the levitating technology...
