Complaints email just bounced straight back to me.
Having seen one of their adverts on Instagram, I was some what confused. So I decided to send them an email of complaint. I used the address they give on their website for complaints. Surprise surprise, as Cill use to say, but my complaint email bounced straight back to me. The following is what I was asking them to explain. Can you explain why you are advertising, (in relation to car finance refund) why you have stated in your Instagram advertising: "Our highest payout to date is £10,446.46" As we understand and what appears to be stated on your website, this matter will not be determined until 2026. Therefore any payout to consumers may not start until 2027.
