I got double-charged for a bed due to an Anaconda website glitch. When I reached out to their help desk, they accused me of lying and denied the second order. It took me at least 3 hours and numerous emails to get nowhere. Despite countless calls and lengthy emails, they offered no assistance. Avoid shopping at Anaconda; try another camping store instead—they're much more reliable.
