Worst ever. The cancelled mid cruise and still no reimbursement …
The cruise line cancelled our cruise 4 days before it ended. They told us they would reimburse our expenses incurred trying to get home from a different location. We sent in the required documents and waited over 3 three months. Called in numerous times, waited hours on the phone only to be hung up on. It's 5 months and still nothing. Worst cruiseline ever.
