Double-charged & 8 month backorder without updates
I placed an order during their Black Friday sale and received an order confirmation telling me my item would arrive by November 30th. Two and a half months later, my item has still not arrived and I received no communications from the company informing me of an updated estimate or any acknowledgement at all that my order was delayed. When I reached out to inquire about this, I was informed my item would be on backorder until July (8 months after my original purchase) with no apology or acknowledgement of this being an absurd timeline. On top of this, after I reached out to customer service with this inquiry, a new charge appeared on my credit card from the company charging me for the same item I already paid for in November a second time. So the item is backordered for 8 months and they have double-charged my card.
