Worst experience
I had the worst experience with best price travel and will never book through them. I’d give them zero stars if could. I booked my flights through them and had to cancel due to emergency reasons. I filed for refund and cancellation. Cancellation was done and I was told that refund will take up to 12-14 weeks. I filed for refund on 4th November 2024 and the 17 th week is starting since I filed for refund. I call their customer care ; they redirect me to Jenny who I have written emails to and never got a reply back. I wonder what I need to do to get my money back. I am feeling helpless, frustrated and worried.
