Great house, not so great management.
Showed up to a tree in the driveway, a dirty house with the cleaners trying to work, water lines had frozen from previous renters, cleaning staff notified management with no response, we tried calling the offices no less than 20 times with no answer no call back. So we spent the 1st day helping the cleaners, using water bottles we bought to try and mop the floors, while trying to find the well and water lines in the middle of a snow storm until we were finally able to use a space heater to get some of the lines thawed enough to get some water flowing late that night. Besides that the house was somewhat stocked in the kitchen missing some things, but a beautiful view and no other issues along the way. But the absolute worst trying to just get someone to answer a phone to get some assistance.
