I am writing this anonymously as I have been an estate agent for 15 plus years and do not want to cause issues with any other parties I may have the unpleasant luck of dealing with in the future. Big round of applause to Charlotte Strong for being stuck in-between two of the most atrocious solicitors I have ever in all my years dealt with and handling it with grace and determination. I have not always thought highly of online conveyancing outlets but Charlotte has truly shown me that the place you work has very little to do with your success and it's the individuals within an organisation that make or break it. She's changed my perception of online firms, having been up against traditional high street solicitors who paled in comparison. Charlotte was the only person to think for solutions to problems and without her, we would have had a failed completion. Very impressed and very grateful.
