I would highly recommend Equity and Darren, Kane and Helen at the estate agency. I was the buyer of a property that Equity was selling on behalf of a seller. The team are very approachable and go above and beyond to get the job done, I was always able to contact them and I am very pleased with the way they handled the sale of the property. From the start of the process, through to completion Equity was absolutely excellent and I felt very fortunate that I had such an attentive and dedicated estate agent managing the sale of the property. Equity was very communicative throughout the whole process. I received regular updates so I knew what was happening at all stages. I honestly appreciate your patience and expertise. The updates would come sometimes even out hours, which was hugely appreciated, particularly as a first time buyer. In addition, if I ever left a message the team would always follow it up promptly. I would certainly recommend Equity to a friend or family member. Thank you so much for helping me buy my home. I must say your knowledge and Kane’s talent for negotiation was excellent.
