Excellent customer service.

I purchased breakdown cover through Groupon and had a problem activating the account. I telephoned the help line I had been given and after a few minutes wait I spoke to customer services , during the conversation the call cut off. Almost immediately ,customer services rang me back and told me there was an issue with the Groupon vouchers. The lady I was speaking to then told me she would try and resolve the issue and call me back within 30 minutes. She actually called back in 10 minutes and told me the issue had been resolved and my cover would start immediately. I could not have asked for better service and I hope that if I do need to use my cover then the same will apply.
