Ironmongery products are very good…
Ironmongery products are very good quality, arrived promptly too. This was our second order from them but I’ve knocked one star off because I was actually sent the wrong door knobs. I did look back at the order I placed and I ordered the ones I wanted but whoever fulfilled the order wasn’t paying attention to detail that day! Luckily I was still able to use the incorrect ones I’d been sent and they were the same price, but a little annoying all the same. UPDATE: I had a reply to my review above apologizing for their error & offering to get the correct door knobs to me…good customer service is fantastic to find these days & I greatly appreciate the offer but happy to stay with what I have. I would have no hesitation in reordering & recommending this company & as previously stated their products are excellent & I love them.
