I went to shop for a picture frame at 9030 Metropolitan Avenue, Rego Park, NY 11374 on July 20, 2023. I am beyond thankful that the manager Orayne has helped me and was so patience helping me to pick up the perfect frame. He went far and beyond his service to make sure that the poster I bought with me, fit perfectly into the frame. His service is worth recognition, and I truly hope that the Headquarter of Michaels would see this. He deserves recognition for his attentiveness to the customers.
