Bloß nichts bestellen!!! Der Kundenservice ist gleich Null. Ich habe einen Whirlpool gekauft und kann ich ihn nicht nutzen, da die Steuerung defekt zu sein scheint. Ein Telefon hat Steinbach scheinbar nicht. Man muss online ein Ticket ausfüllen und bekommt zur Antwort dass es mind. 7 Tage dauern wird bis sich jemand meldet. Ich ärgere mich maßlos über diesen Kauf, der grad mal Geld zum Fenster raus geworfen ist …
