Extremely speedy delivery, and excellent customer service
I needed to reorder the Drs best C3 Curcumin 1000 mg which I take (8 pills a day) to keep my incurable myeloma cancer in check. I have been taking it for 3 years now and since then my cancer cells have slowly gone done and I haven't needed any chemo. It seems that many others are now ordering it as well, and when I was running very low I order through Astro Nutrition but unfortunately after having ordered it I was told that they are out of stock and would not be available until in a week's time. Although I had ordered with Speedy delivery, the quickest from Canada to London (England) would be 3-5 days I was told. That was a real problem as by that time I would have run out for at least a week. So I emailed Amy at Customer Service to let her know this. To my surprise a couple of days later she emailed me saying that they were dispatched. This was on a Friday and the next Monday the delivery arrived. It was great because I still had 2 days left from the old supply but it couldn't have arrived much later. So thank you to Astro Nutrition for contacting the right people to get this send to me on time, and particularly to Amy. Dieneke Ferguson, London, February 2014
