I am facing serious issues with Home…
I am facing serious issues with Home box, I have purchased two 3 seater white sofas and 2 single seater sofas and many more items but I will stop purchasing any more items from Home box and will not recommend anyone, the reason is that the Homebox team took my sofa for some repair work and never return it to me, it's been a month now and Everytime when I call home box customer service, they always tell me that they don't have any information and will get back to me once they have some information, I am suffering from more than a month now and not able to understand how to get my sofa back.
