3 years later, my case is resolved no thanks to Minster Law. Every step of the process was painful and unnecessarily prolonged. Call centre agents are unhelpful and unknowledgeable. I was introduced to Minster via my Car Insurance provider and wish I had taken my own action - would suggest others to do the same.
