Bad company
I would not recommend this company to anyone. When we received the car, it was not cleaned. The ceiling looked terrible with large brown stains. Additionally, we removed earth-stained patches that the staff assured us were not mold. The fridge was unusable; it had a strong smell, and the food also tasted like the fridge. There were also old food remnants in the fridge. The bedding we were given had a lot of black hairs in it. Overall, the car was in poor condition. The staff from Lucky Rental gave us money for cleaning supplies and new bedding. However, it was not possible to get a refund for the car. After we expressed our dissatisfaction with the car, they offered to exchange it for a new one. This was not possible for us, as we had already driven a long way. We would never consider renting a car here again.
