Charlotte Goodson - Outstanding Service
Absolutely outstanding service from Charlotte and the team at Knights. We very nearly lost our onward purchase due to the incompetence of our previously engaged conveyancer. Charlotte not only made sure that we completed on time but also managed the relationship with the conveyancer selling our property. If it wasn't for Charlotte and the team at Knights, who have been exceptionally efficient, I wouldn't be in my new home. Charlotte provided a level of service beyond what I expected: -We were always kept well informed by both email and phone -Documentation provided was clear and easy to understand/sign off -The service was at all times friendly and professional.
