Worst service provider
Constant interruption in service. Many “outages” reported. “Planned outages” are never planned. No details given for so-called “planned outage” in my area as well as the “outages” apparently reported by others. Customer service is only there to pacify you. Questions regarding the security vulnerabilities to the firewall are unanswered. I have also asked about concerns in the disconnections of my personal security system that relied on internet coverage, work from home interruptions, baby monitors, and so many other issues that arise from constant internet outages, to which are never answered. It unacceptable. No refunds for time without internet, which is often. Throttling seems very likely. They dont have adequate equipment nor the ability to supply services the consumers who pay for. It’s like a rolling black out to preserve by some to be consumed by others. Rich man Robin Hood without the charity. It’s basically stealing from the service you pay for. I look forward to the law suit to come. In the meantime I will be using Trustpilot to find a VPN to prevent throttling while I also use Trustpilot to find an honest and reliable service proper for my needs.
