Taylormade P790 iron set & Wedge
I ordered a Taylormade P790 iron set and pitching wedge. The pitching wedge arrived promptly and in satisfactory condition. However, the iron set was never delivered. After several days, I contacted customer service and received a prompt response. However, they only re-sent the tracking details I already had. DPD’s tracking never updated. When I followed up again, I was informed that my case was being escalated (another brief but ineffective response). Days later, with no updates, I was informed that a request for refund “wasn’t that simple due to distribution complexities and to wait six more working days. Upon contacting DPD, I was informed that no investigation had been opened. **After more than two weeks:** - Full payment was taken - The iron set (the main item) was not delivered - There were conflicting excuses from the seller/courier ***Update, I received a refund as the courier (DPD) had lost the item. I appreciate the issue is with DPD & not the company, happy to give benefit of doubt
